Exchanges and Returns Policy

Exchanges and returns must be placed within 14 days from the reception date.

The customer is responsible for the return. You can send the package through a postal service of your choice. When we receive your returned shoes in their original condition, we will process your exchange. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods.

All goods returned/exchanged must be unused with original packaging intact. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. The soles of our shoes are made of high quality materials, and we cannot accept returns of products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles.

In case of exchange, we will pay for the shipment of the new product that is sent to the customer.

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Parcels dispatched from our warehouse and not collected or unable to deliver by our courier will be charged with a fee upon return. The fee is €30.

Complaint

All our goods pass a thorough quality control check, so we try to ensure that your goods arrive flawless. Nonetheless, should you receive defected items or an incorrect delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will arrange for a free courier return service in that case.
